Women's Retreat

We're getting away as women for a refreshing weekend of fun, fellowship, encouraging bible teaching, and soul care and we'd love for you to join us! Here are some of the great things you do not want to miss out on:

1. Extended time away with other women is one of the very best ways to get connected and deepen relationships. It's just easier to engage meaningfully and to relax with one another when you aren't rushing around to get to the next thing or  going over your grocery list in the back of your mind, and the magic happens in the low-key moments as much as in the intentional conversations.

2. We'll be diving into Scripture and examining the life of faith, obedience, and what it means to belong to God and His people. Jocelyn Scott, a Cru staff member who teaches Bible Study Methods at the seminary level and has her master's in biblical studies, will be leading us in our study with knowledge, skill, warmth, and vulnerability. It will be impossible to walk away without a.) feeling known and loved by God, and b.) encouraged and challenged in your walk with Him.

3. No cooking or cleaning for four whole meals! We start our retreat with our first meeting on Friday night and end Sunday morning in time for you to get back for church if you need or want to. All meals on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are included.

4. There will be time to be alone with God and time to be with others, times of intentional fun/activity and downtime opportunities. Sandy Cove has beautiful grounds to explore and stunning sunsets over the river to take in; it's a great location for both solitude and company.

5. You can pick your roommates! We will accommodate to the very best of our ability and want it to be as stress free as possible  :) Everyone gets their own bed, either twin or queen, and there are no bunk beds. Real beds.

6. Early Registration discount! If you register by December 1, a $25 discount will be applied when you checkout. **For the sake of clarity: Because the middle schoolers and high schoolers have an amazing retreat to attend a few weeks before ours, this retreat is reserved for women 18+ and out of high school.
